Frame work
Two lines of components are produced in our fully equipped bodywork departments.
The subframes for the cabin chassis are built by assembling and processing heavy-duty steel, which is fully galvanised, thus ensuring the best possible anti-corrosion protection.
Meanwhile, another department is responsible for the production of all semi-finished products and stainless steel components.
Panel production
Once all the raw materials for the panel have been cut and processed, a vacuum press is used to make the sandwich; each separate layer is wrapped in fibreglass and coated with resin. With this procedure the panel becomes a single piece, guaranteeing excellent structural solidity and thermal efficiency, as well as preventing any atmospheric agent from altering its interior.
Assembly
When assembling the panels, we use CNC technology to guarantee absolute precision in all the required manufacturing processes. The assembly is done in a pressure mould using cutting edge two-component structural glues. The special interlocking method between the panels guarantees an excellent structural seal.
Components assembly and finishing
Once the van reaches its bare structure stage, it is equipped with all required accessories. All internal and external components of the box are assembled and the finishing touches are applied, allowing us to deliver the finished product after a thorough final quality control check.
